Advance Payment and Payment Methods<\/h2>\n<p>To guarantee individual reservations, Hotel Belvedere may require payment of an advance equivalent to<br \/>\n<strong>the cost of the first night&#8217;s accommodation<\/strong>.<br \/>\nPayment of the advance and the stay can be made through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>secure payment link (Netopia),<\/li>\n<li>bank transfer,<\/li>\n<li>cash or bank card at reception,<\/li>\n<li>holiday cards and vouchers (non-refundable according to current legislation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Cancellation Policy \u2013 Individual Reservations<\/h2>\n<p>For individual reservations, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Free cancellation:<\/strong> up to <strong>7 days before the arrival date<\/strong>, without penalties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival:<\/strong> the paid advance is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No-show:<\/strong> the advance is non-refundable, and the reservation is cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Payments with Cards or Holiday Vouchers<\/h3>\n<p>Amounts paid with cards or holiday vouchers are, according to legislation, <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> and cannot be returned in cash or any other form of payment.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Group Policy<\/h2>\n<p>For group reservations (depending on the number of rooms and conditions agreed upon in the offer), the following cancellation policy applies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>100%<\/strong> refund of amounts paid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>50%<\/strong> refund of amounts paid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation at least 15 days before arrival:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>20%<\/strong> refund of amounts paid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or no-show:<\/strong><br \/>\nNo refund will be made (100% penalty).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Refund of Amounts<\/h2>\n<p>In situations where a refund is possible, it is usually processed within<br \/>\n<strong>7\u201314 working days<\/strong> from the approval of the refund.<\/p>\n<h2>5.
